I went to the VZW store and ran speed test on the Stratosphere, Charge, breakout & Thunderbolt (I am in a 3G area) and the speed for the thunderboldbolt up and down was at least double all the other phones. Can anyone explain this and will this be true once my area gets 4G?

I'll assume that you checked to make sure wifi wasn't turned on? That would definitely explain the speed difference.

To be truthful, I did not check the wifi connection status but I did run the test on 2 different Thunderbolts as well as 2 different Charges (only 1 Stratosphere & 1 breakout).
