I do.
It happened to me. I had a half finished update for a couple of months.
My CDMA was E007
My LTE was E015
My baseband however was still the original EA029.
The problem I think (everything I'm saying right now is mostly like garbage, but right now, I'm feeling like Dumbledore at the end of a Harry Potter book so bear with me) is those of us who flashed Basix with half borked (lawls K0) phones because of a failed update were experiencing issues with basix other's just weren't.
Mine after a flash gone wrong, suddenly had the same CDMA/LTE situation as you. We may have had the update with our antennas but something about the baseband not being properly updated seems to have made it unstable.
I bet you if others were as adventurous (i.e. Complete idiots) about flashing our phones as you and I had been, we may have run into a lot more problem than we did.
***Clarifying if you wound up with the same antennas as Me I'm will to bed you flashed something just as silly as me. NOT BASIX.
