What model Desire do I have? S, Z, HD??

Can anybody tell me how I can work out which Desire Model I have. From searching the net, I can see that there appears to be a Desire S, Desire Z, Desire HD, and the original Desire?? Does anybody know how I can work out what my phone is so that I can search for things specifically relevant to MY phone?

Thanks for the reply. I can see the Desire HD, Z and one just called Desire. But what is this Desire S I keep reading about online? Any idea?

Just press menu > settings > about phone > and there it will tell you what model number you have.

The desire s is basically the update to the desire,it is the same size etc but does not have any physical buttons at the bottom of the screen.
