Help How may I erase all the content in my Esteem ?

Please advise how to delete most or all of the content, especially the messages, contacts, & call logs.

Where may I find the number of minutes used for calling ? For data ?
 
SETTINGS>PRIVACY>FACTORY DATA RESET

this will wipe your phone's data and make it like when you first got it in like brand new status WARNING: THIS WILL WIPE ALL YOUR PHONES DATA NOTHING WILL BE LEFT EXCEPT THE FACTORY SETUP THE WAY YOU GOT IT WHEN BRAND NEW


SETTINGS>ABOUT PHONE>STATUS Scroll all the way to the bottom and there is life time calls counter

Thank you. Good. Is there a data use time counter ? Are there ways to separately do each of the following DELETE ALL ?

Messages
Contacts
Bookmarks
Web pages Visited (History)

NOTE - if you have rooted your phone, it will not remove the SuperUser app, nor will it replace any of the original apps that you have removed.

If you are concerning about messages, contacts, call logs, you don't need factory reset . They can be easily deleted using default delete funtion.

Go to message and hit option button (the one on very left, left from Home button), then you will see delete option. Either individually delete or select delete all.

Same thing apply to call logs and contacts as well.
 
or you can delete all contacts by going to contacts, hit the menu button tap delete than select check all.

Contacts>Call logs>Menu> Delete all

Messages>menu>Delete> then select the ones you want deleted and hit delete

For bookmarks you open internet click on the bookmark icon once open press and hold the bookmark you want deleted and select delete bookmark.

for web pages visited open internet then menu>more>settings>then scroll down and clear cache, history, cookies data,form data, location access and passwords this will clear all you just asked about
