Root Going back to stock?

I want to flash the 3.0 liberty, but i am on 1.5 and dont have gb installed. my question is, is all i have to do flash the maderstock zip reactivated my phone and then just do the ota update to gb? i know i will have to reroot the phone and all but i am just wanting to know if that will fully get me back to stock as to where no one would ever know that i rooted

no just flash the prerooted .602 ota and thats all you need to do, make sure you wipe data and cache first obviously

cancel that....brain fart. it says i do need to be running 2.3.340 though. my phone says i am only running 2.2.1. i feel like i moron asking all this but its been a while since i have messed around with the root functions on this phone (froyo was new then i think)

you can just flash the prerooted ota, i did it a few times last night, and will again tonight
