What happened to my threads?

Ok, let's work out how to handle this.. I just want to avoid redundancy and confusion (sometimes that can be created when trying to avoid it :D).

Most often, a sticky is in a device forum which links to or covers (or both) the issues you're concerned with.

But what do you want, two more stickies? No stickies? Just those threads on the issues posted around this forum?

It may be very simple, let's just do it right for you. ;)

This is the one I locked (note/post at bottom in lock notice):

http://androidforums.com/motorola-droid-bionic/439474-my-bionic-problem-tracker.html

Would you rather leave it open (unlocked) so that you can still add to it? It seems to be not only redundant, but not useful in the forum here, thus the lock.

But I'm open to suggestion about it.. perhaps the Guide, John who hangs out here a lot, can input a bit.

How is it redundant?
My other two threads (about the problems I'm having with the keyboard glitches) are redundant. I have already acknowledged that, and said, "Yes" to John's suggestion of merging them.

The 'PROBLEMS' thread is simply my way of keeping track of all of the things which I consider to actually be in some way WRONG with my Bionic.

The 'QUESTIONS' thread has NOTHING to do with the 'PROBLEMS' thread.
They are mutually exclusive sets of issues.....one lists things that I think are WRONG with my Bionic, while the other one simply lists QUESTIONS that I have, and am wanting to know how to do something, or which app/method is a 'best practice' or things like that....NOT PROBLEMS.

I'll explain my position on this.

Both of those threads you began, your "lists," are not needed, as the forum here itself, along with the stickies and root sub-forum, are about "questions" and "problems."

But, having said that, sometimes a member likes to attempt to consolidate all of that into one thread. I've seldom seen that work out for long, even with some stickies.. but sometimes it seems ok to do (it's not carved in stone either way, thus the moderation by Staff).

Now, this thread we're posting in now is a "meta" thread and must be locked and or removed, as it is not about the device at all, but is about attempting to resolve a member/Staff issue. If you'd like to pursue the issue further, head over to:

Suggestion Box & Feedback - Android Forums and post your thoughts/complaints, etc.

If that does not satisfy you, PM the Administrator, Phases:

http://androidforums.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=275

Now I'm going to lock this thread. Go ahead with your plans for those threads you're concerned with. ;)
