Seems to be delayed now. Amazon, which gets it from Samsung directly, said the release of the product has been delayed until December 2, 2011. It used to be 17th of November before.

yeah i saw that... hoping it is because first batches have been filled.. but this does not loo good at all

Well, they would have told me this if that was the case, since I'm certainly in the supposed first batch. But they said that product has been delayed. Or, to take an exact quote from Amazon customer support:
"its release has been delayed until December 02, 2011"

edit: some on XDA are reporting that they have received n email clarifying saying that it is indeed a batch issue.. Dec 2nd is the restock date

Ok got some good news for those of you guys who followed my lead and ordered from Negrielctronics.. i have spoken with them, they are not aware of any delay and said they still expect shipment between the 16th and 19th. they will let me know if it changes though
Also I was told all that have ordered to date WILL be in the first batch!

Thanks for all of the information you have shared here regarding your phone purchase. I will likely have to order one as you have (I'm on tmobile) but I want the 32GB version and as you have indicated I may be waiting for a few months, which will be really tough. I really want this phone!

I just placed my order with them, The price of the phone has gone up $50 on their site. I tried talking them down to the $685 price, but not gonna happen, even with the code its $734.50 now. 
I got suckered into giving away another $50... but I want this phone!
EDIT: also I was told that orders placed after today may or may not be in that first batch, they dont know yet with orders past today.

Sorry about that, i tried to share this deal as fast as i could to as many as i could. It was the best i could find after days of searching. I think they got pissed since like 15 to 20 people preordered once they saw my posts on various outlets. Lol. They even deactivated the code at one point.

Wow now after the code its 734.50 instead of 680. Tried chatting with them and they said they can't change the price. What a bunch of goons thinking someone will pay 734.50 for a phone lol.

You slow you blow? I've never heard that saying before honestly lol. Hopefully blackfriday has some good deals on this phone internationally. There is no way it will stay at 734 that's just way to much for any phone.

To the OP who posted this, thanks, its not your fault the retailer did this.
Yeah, I want this phone ASAP, so I paid extra, kinda mad they think it is ok to price Gouge us. (I still did buy it.)
If I find any other reliable source to preorder a GSM version, and get it shipped to the US relatively soon, I will cancel my order in a heartbeat with this current company. They play hard ball, so will I LOL.
EDIT: I waited a few days, just because I didn't want to order from a company that I have never heard of before, but enough of you seem to trust them enough, so I joined the party.
I'm in the same boat. Clove and handtec are cheaper than negri but since they are in the uk shipping may be more expensive to north america. Handtec though says they will ship the week of the 21st (but they say if they get it earlier they will ship earlier).
Are you guys planning on using this with a dumbphone plan from AT&T/Tmobile or just your smartphone data plan?
I wish I would have just pulled the trigger when the price was lower. Now I'll have to wait until the price comes down a little. I think I'll pickup an iPhone 4S and sell it on craigslist or something in order to raise funds for this phone. Whenever I watch a video about the phone, I get the strong urge to just preorder it now, no matter the cost. lol

Yikes! I would be extremely upset.... I hate to say it but Negri has me nervous. I understand the blog post, and I like how they are being transparent about the hike in price. But its no good that they cant honor the price on the orders that were already placed.
At least I don't feel as bad now
because I will only pay $20 more than all of the rest of you.
In a sense, this seems norm now for the SGN, price, date, release... nothing is going smoothly for this phone at all...

the price still lines up with all the other online sites and beats a lot of them so im content
