Root Phone won't charge all the way

I plug my phone in at night as a routine but the last few times I wake up in the morning and its at 65%. I've never reset the battery cache (or whatever its called) . Any suggestions?
 
What apps do you have running at night? Could be an app messing up?, do you use, a task killer? I how long had this been going on?
 
Oddly enough, it was only having the issue with the cm7 kernel. Switched back to IMO and seems to be working fine.
 
Were you using a really old version of the CM kernel. There was an issue a few months ago with slow charging on some kernels but it was fixed on all of them.

I originally downloaded the latest cm and just flashed IMO over it but recently reflashed the cm file that I downloaded a while ago. So Idk.
 
just redownloaded the cm7.1 rom so we'll see how this goes. i've honestly been experiencing 4g/3g issues with the imo kernel and also, battery seems to be better with the stock cm kernel. odd. can someone post a link to the newest imo kernel version?
