Let's Get a Release Date from Verizon Ourselves!!!

Just went through and liked all of the galaxy nexus posts. My post asking about it was 5 hours ago so maybe I need to ask them again:D I think I will!
 
I'm gonna laugh when Verizon responds to us and says, "Leave me the F@#& alone, stop ganging up on me, you're scaring me.....Fine here have your Nexus, we'll release it the 17th"

It'll suck when i have to drive home from work and i'll be away from my "nexus family" for 1-2 hours :-( ....I work in Somerset, and live in Toms River. (only mentioned that because i noticed you live in north Jersey.

Ewww - that's a terrible drive. I work in Ramsey and live just 20 minutes away from work.

We all want a release date from Verizon! Verizon is holding the release back, and we want to know when we can expect this baby in our hands! All it takes is one post on VZW's FB/twitter page to let your voice be heard.

There you have it. Isn't some solid info worth at least one post on Verizon's FB? I urge you all, post and do your part!!!

here is what i don't understand about you guys doing this. Lets say they give you a date just to calm you guys down. .....that date can always be changed.

If i were VZW i'd tell you guys Nov 21st ...subject to change because that is probably what is going to happen.

Things happen and even VZW has to change their dates accordingly at times.
 
I posted on their Facebook. Joining the cause! Seems their FB wall is really blown up with Nexus inquiries.

When will the Galaxy Nexus be announced and available for retail? With today's release of the Ice Cream Sandwich source code, it is very likely there will be third party ROM's available for my rooted Droid Incredible 2 before you guys announce it. Get on the ball! There are more people itching for this phone then you probably realize, and I'm one of them!

done again, for the 183th time. been doing this for a while. i dont understand the view some people on here have about it being childish. interaction with customers is exactly what these companies are aiming for with social media (and advertising). different story if you're saying something like "give me my ****ing galaxy nexus you stupid, stupid company". of course that's what i'm really thinking at this point, but we gotta disguise it with polite words
 
ya'll do realize that when the day is upon us, in like 7 days they may announce a release date, or just release it, remember the web only that we keep hearing for the 21st.

but if this works to satisfy your destructive needs :p

then have at it :):D
 
I really can't see Verizon wanting the GNex to be released within a week of the Razr being released. I know it isn't Verizon's phone but I'm sure they have a big say in it.
