Mine was more...direct and not so nicely toned:
The consumers are speaking. We're going to start a movement. Your mishandling of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus deems you unfit to carry a device of that caliber. If you're going to only market the Droid RAZR and Rezound, then fine, but give up your exclusivity of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus to another cell phone provider capable of handling its release properly. This is pathetic. In a recent poll held by Droid Life, the Galaxy Nexus, Droid RAZR, and Rezound were pitted against each other and the question was asked: Which one do you plan on getting? The Samsung Galaxy Nexus took the poll by a landslide with 10,634 votes coming in at 71%. Your lovechild, the Droid RAZR, held 1,925 votes coming in at 13%, and the HTC Rezound at 1,618 votes with 11% of the vote. The other 5% were undecided. Assuming these are 2-year contract renewals, that's $3,190,093.66 of possible revenue from this poll alone versus what you would make/ are making from the RAZR and Rezound.
Since they see things in dollars and cents, I figured I'd throw around some figures, too.
