Very interested in the Thrive. I'm fairly heavily invested in Amazon Video, got some season passes etc.

On my Android phone, I can play Amazon vids from the website thru the stock browser as long as I click on on "full website" on the player page.

Safe to assume the same procedure will work on the Thrive?

If you're using the stock browser, you'll need to set the user agent to "desktop." Unfortunately the user agent setting wasn't sticky, so you had to set it each time. There was a recent update to the stock browser, and perhaps that fixed the lack of stickiness.

But almost no one likes the stock browser. Dolphin, Opera, and Firefox are some of the better known favorites. Look in the apps forum for some threads on this.
