Esteem/Rev Compatible to fit Evo 4G Otterbox?

So I was looking at some "heavy duty" enclosed cases for the Esteem and came across this for the Rev which I checked their website again and no Rev or Esteem. So I know Nuttmeg has an Evo You wouldnt happen to have a case for it to try on the Esteem would ya? Because I rather have an true Otterbox because they back their product 100%. And I checked the Evo 4G's case on OB's website and its the same case

Also You can get the Evo 4G Otter boxes online for like 23 bucks instead of the 50 IF it is compat

i dont have that case for my evo, i have a hard silicon case, but it will fit on the esteem but the holes in the back for the camera dont line up tho, but you can take a look at some of these, http://www.ebay.com/itm/LG-ESTEEM-M...867284?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item19caa31314
 
Those are actually the ones I was looking at and then came across the Otterbox. Which I rather have a legit Otterbox but hey cant have everything you want. Ahaha

Thanks for trying that out tho buddy. I was trying to compare the cam on the Esteem to that pic and came to the conclusion that the cam hole on the case/Evo is higher up the phone then the Esteem. Ive already found a couple Tridents I like and from all the reviews seem like great cases so thats what I'll be going with now.
 
I bought a Trident Aegis case for LG Revolution, and it fits my LG Esteem. The case has two layers: the interior is soft silicone to prevent scratches, the exterior is hard rubber or plastic to protect the phone (and to maintain the shape and fitting.) It is a handsome case. I like its black rugged appearance. And it is a perfect fit for LG Esteem as if it was tailor-made for my phone.

I like buying from Amazon because I like their refund policy. If I do not like something, I can just return it by filling a simple online form. Amazon will even pay for the return shipping; I just have to find the right envelope or box to send it back. Just be certain sure that you buy it from Amazon, not some third-party reseller on Amazon. Those third-parties may not be so generous with their return policies.

The only problem is that, after putting on the case, I have not been able to find a belt case that would fit my phone with the thick case. (If you buy the Otterbox, you will likely have the same problem with finding a carrying case.) I looked and looked and finally found a case on Amazon. The case is actually for concealing a small pistol, but it could fit. Unfortunately, it is being sold by a third-party reseller on Amazon. I did not have a choice and had to buy it from that third-party. I ordered it a few days ago, and it has not arrived yet: Concealed Carry Pouch, Concealment Holster

The Trident Aegis case includes a nice screen protector. However, I use this one instead: SGP LG Revolution VS910 Screen Protector Steinheil Ultra Series. Steinheil Ultra Fine has been good reviews and ratings from customers. (See here.) The surface of Steinheil Ultra Fine has a slightly matte feel, which felt good to touch; I hate screen protector that felt too smooth or slippery. Steinheil Ultra Fine also improves the touch sensitivity of my phone. I know because I play a lot of games on my phone.
 
I was just about to ask about the Trident case. Looks very nice. I am ordering the blue one with the kickstand and the belt clip. Just wondering if the case goes together similar as the otter box? By that I mean does the plastic clip or like press fit to the rubber ends to form a good seal?

+1 on ordering from amazon they are the best. I have ordered a bunch of stuff from them and have never had a problem.
 
I got the trident kraken II case and it is awesome. My friends have otterbox on their iphones, I think my case is just as good at protecting the phone and looks as nice too. Great quality, nice stand, feels good when you hold it, nice as hell overall.

Just ordered it I can't wait! Also bought the HDMI cable and a stylus. Hope it gets here soon. :)

Just kind of wondering, if the Kraken II case adds any "bulk" to the phone? I bought a case at the MetroPCS Corporate store, and it made the phone a little more "Bulky" and awkward. Why I'm not using that case anymore till I find something better.

To answer your question, yes it does. I have that case and it is great protection with a kickstands. It also has the belt clip.there is a wee down fall though to the beltclip. I've had my case for like a week and the clip part of my case broke off like nothing. So now I'm left with a bulky case with no beltclip, buuut I coould survive. It has a kickstand. That was the general reason why I got it in the first place.....

Good to know I will just have to be careful. One question though, did you try calling the company to see if you can get it replaced?
 
i have the trident aegis case, and i like it a lot -- it's very good protection for the phone, although it makes the phone a LOT bigger :eek:

i really like the Aegis case -- and on the off hand my phone gets dropped, i know it will be safe!
