Help Movies in Market UK

Can anyone tell me if we in the UK should be able to see a Movies tab in the market app? I can get movies off the browser based market but the market app on my DHD doesn't have a movies tab.
 
Which version of the market are you using? It's only available in the newest version (3.3.11).

Edit: Weird, I have the latest version and it's not there.
 
I had 3.3.11 but just went and got 3.3.12 from the Android Police site and I still don't see a movies tab. I wondered if maybe because I'm rooted there was a problem??? I swear I saw a message somewhere from someone saying they had a movies tab and was from the UK... WEIRD
 
I know when they launched Netflix in the US they had a way of stopping folk with rooted handsets accessing it? Might be the same here?

Got a link to 3.3.12 and I'll have a play about.

I also posted the same message over at the XDA forum and users are saying that DHD and Inspire don't seem to have the movies tab regardless of whether the phone is rooted or not. Yet the Desire Z does have it and other rooted phones such as the SGSII has it. Seems very strange.
 
I have been in touch with HTC and Google, movies are not available for the Desire HD yet and may not be.

It seems there are several HTC models the Desire HD being one of them that have incomparability issues. They say they are looking to see if there can be a fix but are unable to give a time frame
 
Got my update today still does not allow Android Movies, but it does have HTC Watch with lots of rentals available for 49p at the moment
