Willing to make wallpapers

When I put it into paint it says 736x1280. I'm trying to figure out how to get it down to my resolution so that it'll be perfectly clear. But first I might wanna find out what my resolution is. And I have no idea how to do that I'm guessing it's 480x800...

480x800 is correct. Here ya go -

To save - Follow the link bellow and long press the image on your phone until the save option pops up, Then find it in your photo gallery and set as wallpaper. If it looks fuzzy, you may be better off viewing it from a computer, right click and "save as", and finally transferring to you phone via USB or email.

Well, that's a problem! How the hell could you have gotten a version of it that size on your phone? The image is 736x1280. I can't think of any way it would be that size if you didn't deliberately change it... And no, I'm not saying you did. It's just very odd.

OK, try saving this and see if it works better - and report back.

Clearly, this one is 736x1280. It saved correctly on my 3vo which is 540x960, not as large resolution as yours, but still larger than most. If your phone saves this one at a different resolution, than something odd is going on with the Rezound or Sense 3.5.

Edit: I just noticed something else odd - The crop box on your screenshot appears to be in the wrong aspect ratio for a single screen wallpaper. Are you using some wallpaper app to set it or make it scroll? That could be what's up. What happens to it when you use that (apparently forced) aspect ratio? Does it stretch it vertically?

Edit #2: I decided it was easy enough to make one 1440x1280 too. This looks to be the aspect ratio you're crop box wants. If the above doesn't work out, give this a shot and report on results.

BTW - Thanks for being the Guinea Pig here. It'll (hopefully) make things go smother for others in the future.

Beamer-that is stock gallery app crop box. I agree it looks like a crop box for scrollable.... On app and pics won't show so can't test till later.

Huh - that is strange. I'm on Sense 3.0, and my understanding was that it was very, very close to 3.5. This is different. I wonder if they planned for a scrolling wallpaper option, scrapped the idea, but never changed the crop box ratio. Who knows...

Anyway - yeah, let me know how it goes when you get a chance. Thanks.

You don't say what phone or tablet this is for, which I'll need to know. I assume this is for a device which has something other than a center screen as the home screen. To make this easy for me, if possible, can you take a screen shot of the screen you want the x-mas tree centered on with the following wallpaper set?

They're not showing up in Chrome for me either, but they display fine in Firefox (even when you quoted my post with 'em!). You want me to email them to you?

It's for Optimus 2x

Basically I have 4/5 screens which scroll but I have icons on the left hand side on my two main screens so need the tree to be over on the right hand side. Black background preferred so my icons stand out.

Try this - set the wallpaper I linked in my previous post as your phone wallpaper. Now, can you tell me how many lines off center you want the tree to be? That would help a ton.

the 1440x1280 worked perfectly. let me 'crop' the entire picture, though it is obvious that the sides are cut off. doesn't really matter with this wallpaper though. screen shot tomorrow

Hey SM1 - Welcome to AF.

I know jack about Digimon, so I'm not sure who exactly those two are. Google image search wasn't a huge help here either - pics labeled Digidestin were of several very different looking characters.

If you could post or link to pics of the 2 characters you want, I'll see what I can do for you.

You don't need to find something with both in the same pic. I just need to know what each looks like because I'm not sure which character is which. I can combine them when I find 2 that look like they should go together.
