Help How do i restore my new Triumph.

Well i made a post last night saying how my 5 day old triumph took a POOP. So i took it back to target and they gave me a new one. Now im no really sure how to approach to get all my stuff back. I did a backup with titanium backup on my SD... I also had CM7.

Did you make a Nandroid backup? That would be easiest if you did.
If not then you can download titanium and restore the user apps from your sd card.

Hi, total Android newbie here. I've read many posts but am still a little confused about the recovery procedure. My question is how do I backup the original root and ROM before I go down the upgrade path? Can I do a Nandroid backup right out of the box? Or do I need Titanium? Thanks for your help.

If you have CWM on your phone you can make a Nandroid from that. If you are putting a new ROM on your Triumph you should do a clean install of your apps.

Follow the first section and the part about making a backup. You won't want to flash the ROM obviously unless you want it on there.
