I sent Scott a pm, but I am wondering if anyone else has issues with flash content no longer working? Mine was before the update, but now, not so much....

Mine is working fine here, did you come from 2.8 to 2.9 ??

I did the same from the same version and it is working fine, try rebooting into recovery and clear cache and davlik and report back

Yup, I tried that before posting. Still no flash support. Strange, huh?

No. Just ran it in recovery mode.. (I have so much stuff to back up / restore that it takes around a hour.., at least it did the first time I rooted with 2.7)


Gonna try 2.9.5 now to see if that fixes it.....
 
CleanROM 2.9.5 is now out!

KNOWN ISSUE with 2.9.5!

It will actually say 2.8 in the version. I forgot to update the build.prop in my haste this AM!

Its nothing to worry about and has no functionality problems due to this! I will upload an new version tonight with the proper build prop ID. In the meantime you can grab the current one and have no issues.

I noticed that if I navigate to the adobe flash site, the demo plays just fine, but the flash content embedded on yahoo.com does not even open. I have tried the oem browser, as well as Dolphin.

Wondering what everyone else is seeing? Does the Flash on Yahoo.com work for you with 2.9 or 2.95?

Wait I spoke to soon. I was running an alpha ROM that did not have flash...

No, flash on Yahoo works perfect with 2.9 / 2.9.5

Worked fine in earlier versions as well.
 
Which browser you using ?? then he can try

Just an FYI:
This has been resolved so anyone who downloads as of late last night will see the correct build as 2.9.5.
 
can anyone confirm on the mhl to hdmi working? i will test myself tonight just wondering if its been done as of yet. thanks!
 
I just installed this and it looks awesome and feels a good 25-30% faster than stock.

I just have 1 problem.

My 4G isnt working. WiFi is fine. 4G turns on but just will not scan at all.

I picked option 3 on this. I followed those instructions to the letter. Should I try to install it again?
 
Try a profile update first followed by a reboot and report back, 4G works fine here, and also make sure you are in 4G range

did a profile update and same thing.

i literally just got done installing about 20 min ago so I havnt set anything up yet from all the backups I've done


also, just noticed this but what is a hot restart?

Edit2: nevermind..... apparently I cannot have 4G and WiFi on at the same time. Once I turned WiFi off 4G worked fine
 
I just flashed this ROM last night. It appears the HTC Reader app is NOT included in this ROM. Was it intentionally removed? Is there a way to load it?
