What has everyone done to their XE so far?

So far I've S-OFF, rooted but not too sure where to go from here? I've installed System tuner to drop cpu to 19x.mhz when screen is off but that is about it (besides installing some widgets)

I quite like the stockness and I have grown to love sense..

Are there any ROM's worth looking at to blow away some of the apps installed?

If not any must have apps? would love to know how to replace the stock battery indicator with one that shows percentage. So far only able to install battery notification apps that create a 1nd icon in the noti bar which defeats the whole point

Mine's still untouched and I'm a little reluctant to root just in case something occurs that requires a warranty return.

I'm using this battery percentage app, no root required.

OK so update

rooted with S-OFF
flashed with ARHD ROM
setcpu installed (running at 1.56Ghz)
wiped a bunch of meaningless apps as well

so far, so good!

Got links for those. Want to Root, run SetCPU and wipe meaningless apps, but keep stock Sense ROM.

EDIT: Found the links on XDA. Now S-OFF and Rooted.
