It doesn't restart.
On which ROM you are now.
For stock it restarts but not for custom roms
It is working nicely.

hmmmm... cool gautams 10.2 worked on all.. but shit.. the battery backup of that rom was too short..

Hybrid v2 also supports that.... i have upgraded that 
Don't know what, but yesterday i moved back to STOCK ROM..
I tried the flash on it and it worked well. As Varun said that on stock it restarts upon using flash but mine worked perfectly.
i tested it on STOCK BROWSER n DOLPHIN.. .. .. .. ..
