I wonder if at&t is going to skip the GB update and make us wait for ICS. I wouldn't mind waiting for ICS, but given how slow at&t are with there updates, it would be nice to have GB in the meantime.

i remember owning the captivate and us owners saying, "I wonder if att is going to skip froyo and give us gingerbread". Its never going to happen. We'll get gb first then wait on ics. hopefully google makes phone carriers speed up the process!

Good point JayC. As a former Captivate owner myself, I should have remembered that. Since GB came out for the Optimus 3d, hopefully we won't have to wait too long.

Seeing the captivate was the first galaxy s out its going to be the last to get the update. Epic has it and its rolling out for the fascinate and vibrant.
