i flashed brom v1.0 then flashed his bkernal v.24 and now i am stuck at the brom v.10 splash screen. i cant seem to access cwm or download mode? is my phone bricked

Did you follow the instructions in his thread about how to flash that ROM correctly?

And no, you are not bricked. You can fix it. Read this post thoroughly and follow the instructions. It will get you back to stock and you can move on from there.

Do a battery pull and wait for a few seconds to reset the phone. Then put the battery back in and try to boot into recovery (power+volume up+volume down)

thanks marc pulled battery waiting 10 secs put it back in and it rebooted to recovery... thanks so much lol

For some reason this phone is very picky about getting into recovery when something funny happens.
It seems if you get any boot loops or bad flashes that you need to remove the battery for a good ten seconds or else it refuses to let you into recovery.

that or you can skip the wait time by removing the battery and plugging it into a power source for a fraction of a second, then you can replace the battery and it will work.
