Can you please verify the extra thickness is not too much? Does the phone still feel slim with it? Any commnets about the ext battery would be appreciated....considering dropping the 50 but not sure. Thanks!

I ordered 2 of them over the phone(one for me, one for xmas gift), and got the rep to give me free overnight shipping (charged to my bill, and they applied a $12.99 bill credit for the shipping)

Now I just need my letstalk order to ship *grumble grumble*

I've heard that the extended battery will actually fit under the stock battery cover can anyone confirm or deny that ?

I got mine ordered for 50% off at a corporate store this morning ($26 after tax). They didn't have them in stock but are shipping it to me with free 2-day shipping (will probably arrive on Monday).

Apparently the 50% off all batteries promotion runs until Dec. 31.
 
I just tried to order it online and it was only giving me my 25% corporate discount. I may just swing by a store tomorrow after work .
 
Thank you all for your replies. I'll def be picking up the extended battery. Anyone know if the extended battery works with that external battery charger they are selling? The one with the Y cable?
 
Ext battery doesn't seem to add any bulk. I bought the phone with the battery so never used it without, but it isn't noticeable that the batter is bigger...It fits in the same hard cases as stock so that should say something.
 
In everyone's opinion, is it worth buying the extended battery for just a few thousand more mAh's?

It wasn't quite as "extended" of a battery as I was thinking it would be...

I think its worth it for under $30 . Its only an extra 1-2hrs of life reply but it doesn't effect the size of the battery and that's big on a sleek phone like the nexus. I would hate to see a brick on the back of my nexus. Plus you'll have the stock battery as a spare
