Thinking of getting this for Xmas

Well ima Optimus m owner and I love it. I notice there hasn't been much done yet as far as customization on this phone but I'm willing to leap into it soooooooooo is it worth switching. My Optimus m is fully loaded lol. Main question is the battery life.... If I don't get this I'm getting a ps3 so help me out

i wouldnt get the extended battery.. 4g is what drains the battery so much.. If u got the extended battery it would last longer on a charge but take forever charging just like the regular battery.. but if u turn off 4g when not in use, battery life is great.. i found the app "data switch" very useful.

With the esteem you can tether, you can install as many apps as you want (optimus can only hold~100 apps), huge screen which is what drains most of the battery but you can actually read articles on the web and play games, Sucks that 4g is only in a few cities though (I hope they expand the lte network). I had the optimus for 8 months and bought the esteem the day it came out. I would like to say wait until metro releases a better phone (galaxy nexus would be great) but for now the esteem is the best metro has to offer so unless you foresee metro bringing a better phone in the near future I think esteem is the only choice.
