Help Led Notification

Ok, I have tried pulse notification checked and unchecked. When checked it only pulses occasionaly. I am not a noob when it comes to this stuff. Maybe I'm just missing something. Is their no way to get the LED's at the top by the front facing camera to work? Little confused.

Download Light Flow from market, the free version works just fine.

The LED notificatin is at the bottom, in the middle. Light Flow allows you to change color of LED for differnt notifications (text, email, mms, ect). Very cool, I love it!
