ICS 4.0 available yet?

thanks. am i correct in assuming you are now running ICS? has anyone tried the installation from the link about? it is pretty straight forward? it says flash the kernel by typing 'fastboot flash boot boot.img'. this needs to be done in terminal, right?
 
I'm not an expert when it comes to flashing, but why bother with some "alpha", "pre release" or "any fancy name" release when you will have regular update with full features in three weeks or so?

thanks, point well taken. i am using the ICS theme right now and it force close pretty often.
 
Im still using stock 4.0.2.A.0.58 with ICS theme (no FC's here)

Flashing the kernel is done with fastboot, your phone MUST be bootloader unlocked to do this.

Personally i'm waiting for a more functional release, or maybe a MIUI ICS rom.

any latest with ICS update in the US?
 
Anyone had an issue with their phone freezing and running slow? Also is it possible to back track to gingerbread?
