Remove Water Damage Indicator Question

Get a really fine tipped knife and carve it out.

maybe you should just really break it. like hit it with a hammer, then they wont even think about the water indicator.....

that would be very cruel and unusual.

Verizon does not solely base the exchange on the indicator.

I was told when I bought my droid, that even high humidity can set off the indicator, to put a small piece of tape over the indicator sticker.

I found one other. It's on the battery and easily removable.

Noone seems like they want to help, they just want to say it's not possible or there are "too many" of them.

I noticed that my indicator is pink with the red Xs clearly visible. I didn't think much of it until now. My track ball won't work when I push it down. Will they be giving me a hard time?
