Help Reflash to Stock - no Display?

Newbie
My display just died, still get backlight but I can't see anything. Is there a way to reset all the way to factory defaults, so I can return for warranty repair...all without a display????
I know this is a hardware issue, don't want them to invalidate the warranty because I had CWM on it.

Thanks

Haven't been down the warranty path yet, have until 7 Jan. Is it only the people at the store that look at it?
My Ascend was rooted and running Cyanogen 7.1, was working fine until the display died (I spent ~ 1/2 hr laying on my side, probably pressing a button or the screen is my guess).
I've setup adb, should be able to push a file to the sdcard, but with no display, not sure which file to push or how to make it flash to it.
Thanks,

I was able to flash it back to stock using the FastBoot method from All things Root (at least it seems like it did, got back the Metro start sounds).

Now to see if Metro will honor the 1 year manf warranty, I bought it 7 Jan. Time to find out if it's worth it.

Thank you all for your help.

Good luck! If they try to give you a hard time, escalate up the chain of command.

Went to the Corp store today, they no longer carry that model... they ordered the replacement. I get to go back next Tuesday and for $10.70, as long as it's still considered warranty, it will be replaced. :>)

Cool. Glad it worked out.
