All I am trying to do is root my phone I have followed the instructions but I can not find the insure Kernel for my phone, my kernel is XWKI4, can anyone please help me so I can root my phone.

Think you mean, "insecure", kernel.
I'd go for the nearest that you already have installed to begin with... XWKI4.

There are 2 KI4 kernels listed in my previous posts, 2nd link. One is for Android version 2.3.4 and the other is for 2.3.5. I don't believe it makes a great deal of difference as to which one you use.
