TO ANYONE THAT IS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PHONE OR ANYTHING RELATED TO IT.... GO ON THE METROPCS FACEBOOK PAGE AND TELL THEM WHATS GOING ON.I had that same problem... until I went on facebook and complained about this "situation" and I was asked to give them my account name and last 4 of phone number (they gave me an answer I didn't want to hear).... so I continued to complain about this problem until a METRO PCS CSR actually called me and applied the $100 rebate to my account

Just received my rebate for one Esteem and found out why metro couldn't find any record of my rebate. The morons misspelled my last name that's why metro could never find any record of it Hahaha oh well. Got one, one more to go.
You can go on their website under manage and pay / track rebate and put in your information. Mine for example says:
Reward Information For: ************
Rebate: $100.00 Prepaid Card
Promotion: MetroPCS Holiday Rebate Promo
Date Recieved: 12-24-2011
Status Detail: Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing.
wat I noe u only get thu rebate if ur a new customer
