If I push on the sides/edges with force they can buckle a bit, however it still fits snug but not too snug. I also have the extended battery which makes the phone a bit thicker, but I can see it being a little loser if I didn't have it.

For what its worth at this "late" stage... I have this body glove case for my GNex with the extended battery. It is definitely a snug fit with the extended battery in (haven't tried it with standard battery) but that's not a problem at all. I feel much more comfortable handling my phone with it on and it doesn't add much bulk. I'd recommend this to anyone who would prefer a "hard" case. With the body glove on, the belt loop leather holster I got specifically for the GNex is a VERY tight fit (in the top of phone to bottom of phone direction). The thickness isn't an issue. Again, I suspect with a bit of use the leather/elastic will stretch out a bit and Ill have a snug fitting holster which I will be happy with.

I got this leather belt loop/clip holster (temp out of stock now) and the Gnex with a Body Glove case on it is a very tight fit. My experience with these holsters (loved the one I had for my Dinc) is that they loosen up with time/use. I think I'm going to like this combination. With a thinner case on the phone it should be a great fit. Naked it is perfect out of the package. I LOVED this same holster for my dinc. Top notch quality, unlike the cheap faux leather one I got for twice the price at a mall kiosk.
 
Just got my Diztronic TPU case (revision 2) and SGP Ultraoleophobic screen protector in the mail yesterday.

The revision 2 case seems to fix any issues with the volume buttons, so that's good. It fits nicely and serves my purposes. Definitely worth the 8 bucks. The screen protector it comes with is garbage though. It goes edge-to-edge, which is nice, but not really since it peels up at the edges...

The screen protector is nice, but I wish I chose a wet application one, just because it is so difficult to apply dry screen protectors without getting dust underneath. It drove me crazy. I spent about half an hour and I still missed some motes of dust. Thankfully it comes with an extra should I decide to try again. Overall though, it's very clear, and I don't mind the fact that it isn't edge-to-edge, since it would probably peel up if it was. It feels like the glass too.
 
Got my Revision 3 Diztronic TPU case. This thing is awesome so much cleaner cut on the volume buttons than my hack job with a box cutter.

Put it inside a bathroom with the shower running hot water. The steam will rid of the dust. :)

+1. Just got mine today, and it's wonderful.

I'll probably be ordering at least one other color, if they do rev 3 for all available cases once they are back from CES.

I'm Runnig the Axiom 2.2 Rom right now hoping to update it to 2.5 when released, much faster, smoother and better Battery life. I'm using the newest Nova Launcher, which I need to get rid of the constant google search bar. And Lastly I'm also using the SoftKey & 1% Mod which adds an ICS themed 4 key mod (including Search), and a Circle battery Notification. Good Luck!
 
I have the Diztronic matte, which is great but too slippery. I bought the SGP case off of Amazon (Amazon.com: SGP Samsung Galaxy Nexus case Ultra Capsule Series [Soul Black]: Cell Phones & Accessories).
It is a high gloss TPU which feels great. But this case DOES NOT FIT! It only goes part way on and is easily peeled off. Also, it is a black glitter finish, which doesn't specify anywhere. I will be returning this one.

I think it might be intended for the GSM version, which is a slightly thinner phone. If you have Verizon LTE version, DO NOT BUY.
 
Just got my Diztronic rev. 3 case today. I have an extended battery and it fits great. I also have an XO protective skin installed. I'll have to take the case off when I dock it in my truck, but thats a small price to pay to keep my GN safe! Here are some pics!

Diztronic has a note on the revision 3 case that says:

01/04/2012: This product will be available for order on Amazon.com while we are away at CES. Check Amazon between Friday and Monday, they should be available by then.

Has anyone found it on Amazon yet? I can't seem to find it but it could show up in the next couple of days like they said.
 
Does anyone know if any of the car docks work with a case on the GNex as well? I was looking at the Samsung car dock (the one with the 3-pin connector) and was wondering if the phone would still fit and work in the dock with the Boxwave Tuxedo, or the Diztronic R3 case.
