Skinomi Screen Protector

So I bought the skinomi carbon fiber and screen protector. carbon fiber fit perfectly but the screen protector doesn't cover the whole screen. To the people that use this screen protector does it cover the full screen. the area that is lighted up when the phone is turned on? Thanks.
 
Hard to tell how much smudge your looking for. I would say it smudges about the same as without the screen protector. The info says it should look like its not even there, but you can easily tell because it doesn't fill the whole screen. Like when the phone is off you have the grey part which is where the screen lights up when turned on and its outlined by the black area which has the home buttons on the botton and the boost logo at the top left. The screen protector doesn't take up the entire gray portion that lights up when the phone is on.

Eh? You're saying your's doesn't cover the "glass' side to side completely?

My TechSkin screen protector covered side to side but fell ~1/8in short lengthwise of complete.

Thats right. Theres space all around the screen protector. I guess Ill buy a new one and from the skinomi site instead of amazon.
 
That's why I used past-tense in describing how mine fit. It's been removed.

Skinomi's quality is leaving much to be desired.
 
No problem with Skinomi other than the apparent lack of QC and whether you get one like yours or mine fitment wise.

It's running bare atm but having this conversation here gives me the urge to call Skinomi and inquire as to the dimensions on their currently shipping ones.

fits perfect for me. gets the entire screen.

Fits perfect for me too, and applying it was far easier than other screen protectors I've used in the past. It doesn't smudge as much as the glass did, overall I love it. Highly recommended.
 
I also bought the Skinomi carbon fiber w/screen protector and the screen protector was way way to small like it could be put on an iphone 3g but I emailed them and they shipped a replacement right away and it fits perfect....
