Root Reduce screens on ICS

Anyone know if there is a way to reduce the screens or desktop space on the stock ICS launcher? I'd rather not change launchers if I don't have to.
 
You know, I'm not sure WHAT I was running at the time. Today, I'm running CM9 with the Go Launcher. I've reduced all the extra screens and I'm running lean and mean. Honestly, I'd forgotten about this thread!
