Cases!

No this was a rev3 ordered direct through tpu-cases.com

The mold was off and i had planned on returning it, instead they offered a refund.
 
Hmm that's strange. I have tried a lot of cases and this seems to be the only one with a good cut for the buttons. Was the case too thick? Did you end up ordering a different case yet?
 
Case was fine, cutouts were in correct spots but looked jagged around edges.

I ordered 3 (for price of 2) cruzer lite cases today.

So you went through the hassle and complained about cutouts being too jagged for you to get 10 bucks back?

I'd be embarrassed to call and hassle a company because the edge wasnt smooth enough for me to get 10 dollars back.

Thats just me.

There was also a flaw in mold from glossy to matte.
Was no hassle the customer service was top notch.

If i pay for a product(no matter the price) I expect it to be correct, they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for a reason. I offered to returnthe case but they said that wasnt neccesary.

So here is my review of this Amazon Case.

1st, I've had the VZW TPU silicon case for close to two weeks and I'm taking it back after writing this review.

So this Amazon case isn't bad but also isn't perfect....for me.

Positives:
The textured back is nice and provides better grip than the VZW case (which got really greasy/slippery on the back with all the fingerprints it held onto).
I also like the knobby sides that also provide a little extra grip.
The PWR & VOL ROCKER covers provide good tactical feedback.
The case feels light in the hand and has a pretty slim profile on the phone; it definitely is smaller when you hold it compared to the VZW case.
Price - it was $1.95; $4.44 w/shipping....probably the cheapest case on the market for the GN.

Negatives:
The sides of the case are a little on the flimsy side. It feels more like soft flexible glossy rubber than true TPU material. TPU cases are much stronger & solid than what this case feels like.
The lip of the case that covers the front/display of the phone will not completely conform to it using the extended battery. I swapped the batteries with the stock one, and the lip just barely fits around it....and I mean barely. This is also compounded with my first (-) statement; so it doesn't feel that it is securely over the front of the phone.

Overall, I'm OK with the case. While the VZW TPU case is more solid feeling, I prefer this Amazon case for two reasons: it feels smaller in hand & it doesn't feel slippery with the textured backside. I will continue to look at others; as there's no love lost since I paid less than $5 for this case!

I just took off the diztronic rev 3 like 5 times and already noticed that the right side is not straight. It's losing the tightness.
 
So I'm at a dilema, I really want the blue one (maybe the black, it had kind of a blueish tint, or is that flash?) and i've got amazon prime.

If I wait till friday Ill get free two day shipping. But I'm wondering if I order now, whether I'll get it faster (cruzer, you said they're already shipping).

IF you order tonight it should ship tomorrow and you should have it by Friday.
 
Damm... should of waited till these pictures were posted before I ordered. Got 2 greens and 1 black. The smoke and clear are insane! Grrrrrrrrrrrr
