Root Ice Cream ROM

Actual ICS or a themed one...no way you will get 4.0 Virgin checks there phones to make sure there are no advanced OS on their network...

I have a feeling that we can get an advanced os. That's because we have some of the best developers! Love you guys!

Any news on when we can expect a IC ROM? Waiting for that before rooting etc.

Thanks.

I've find rooting my phone has opened up many different options that before I had to download separate apps to comply with my needs. I did my reading before I rooted my phone and thankfully this website and forum answered all my questions even if they sounded silly to the seasoned tech. It's good to be hesitant, which allows you to research your decision. The backside ROM is beautiful, runs smoothly with a few minor irritants, but nothing to write home about. You can usually find answers for those glitches. Besides, with rooting, you can get rid of all those nasty apps you never use. Big shouts out to all of you developers! If I can ever help you answer questions I will. I

Totally useless info, so don't read unless you want to.

A lil trick I told my kids on how to tell the difference when to use those words. "Where is the remote?" "It's over there." "Where? I don't see it." "Right here!" Here shows, tells, or describes where. After remembering this one, the other two just fall into place. (Their shows possession, and they're is another form of they are).

Your daily dose of Sesame Street is now over. Back to your regular scheduled Android program.

Virgin mobile cannot "check" what phones are running, that's an invasion of privacy, which is against the law for any service provider to do, they are only limited to checking how you use your service. IF they were able to check what their phones were running(after someone bought it) it would also go against Google's contract with phone service providers, and thus causing a law suit, and a recall of phones from virgin mobile,(since Google would most likely want to recall all phones since the service provider is invoking the contract) and thus virgin mobile would lose thousands of customers, millions of dollars, and most likely go bankrupt and seize to exsist. So no, virgin mobile cannot "check" what their phones are running after a customer has purchased it.

Not to mention, at the network end of it that would be impossible to implement. As long as you never flash the radio, they have no way of knowing what os is on your phone.

Hey, I got called out and I deserved it. It made my day, though. I find a liberal dose of intellect to be quite refreshing! ;)

And don't forget that it seems like he created an account, just to point it out to you brother. (That's his only post) ;)

And just for the record, only the third sentence is a fragment.
the second one does contain a subject, and a verb. ;)

I thought it was funny too. I was chuckling about that for a good ten minutes! You're right about not seeing post counts in the app, there's quite a bit of info that doesn't show up in the app.

I don't see a verb in the second fragment.

I am syncing inferiorhumans ics to see if I can get it to build, if I can I will post a link for it :).

*Edit thought of this afterwards, that is unless the developer would prefer I don't.
