If you download the game from the market they should install once downloaded. If you don't have access to the market you can download the games from other appstores like SlideME | Android Apps Market: Download Free & Paid Android Applications or GetJar | Mobile | and then you should be able to install from there as well.

This isn't particularly helpful due to the fact he just needs to open the market (in apps) then at the main screen click on games! Simple as that.

ohh.. and i thought answering on "how to open the market" was stupid.. u cleared that one out..
EDIT:
people dont have to be taught simple things.. opening the market is like "breathing air" for the most of us.
