Sd card damaged

I keep getting a message that sd card is damaged and that I may need to format it.

What should I do guys?

Everything sends to be working ok. Any harm to leaving it alone? And if I back up my cwm recovery file to pc, can I format sd, put this folder back on my phone and restore everything?

I'd do what Hawker suggested and then format, factory reset and start again with an Odin flash.

I know that's probably the last thing you want to hear right now, but there's obviously been some data corruption somewhere which needs sorting before it potentially takes your phone down.

You might be able to restore everything but if it includes the corrupted data... back to square one.

Thanks guys. Did ass you said hawker, now all seems to be fine, business ass usual, no data lost.
Will save taking more drastic measures for if anything else crops up. Btw nothing in lost.dir, I tend to delete stuff inn there.

Ps love the way my phone defaults to ass instead of as

This happened to me a week ago. I contributed it to unplugging and plugging into USB over a short period of time (not letting the SD Card scan to complete. I took it out, copied everything over to my PC and then formated the drive. Copied everything back and have had no issues since.
