Help Can't download MMS video..

My friend sent me some videos, but I can't download them. I open the text up, and I click the "download" button, and it changes to "downloading" but just stays at that, and nothing happens. What's the deal? Should I just have him send them again?

Hey bojada! My phone has done the same in the past (well... still does it actually).

Are you able to receive any other MMS messages? I believe it is something to do with the APN settings on your phone. APN settings are available from your network provider (usually in the form of a text) and it could be worth checking with them?

If you can receive MMS messages, then I think that your APN settings will be correct - that was my first thought... I'll have a bit of a look to see if I can't find any other info for you!
