CheckROM Revolution v4.0

Has anyone used the Backup User Data feature on KitchenPro? I use gmail to sync the contacts and calendar, the SMS/MMS I use another app and usually don't worry about all the other settings. But being able to back up in one place might be useful, assuming it works that is?
 
Unfortunately GC said that he's waiting for an official ICS firmware release from Samsung before releasing v5, which is still planned to be ICS. So it looks like another month or so away.
 
Rather it be solid thats for sure. (No one quote that).

I didnt think the Kitchen upgrade would come first.
 
I've changed kernel to Siyan 2.6.12 and kept Siyah 2.6.11 Voltage settings (Of course, I took these settings from your previous posts guys :-):

I/O Scheduler = sio (now it comes as default).
CPU Governor = ondemand
Min = 100Mhz
Max = 1000Mhz

Voltages.
1600Mhz = 1375mV
1400Mhz = 1275mV
1200Mhz = 1200mV
1000Mhz =1100mV
800Mhz = 1000mV
500Mhz = 950mV
200Mhz = 900mV
100Mhz = 900mV

GPU & Charging
GPU control
Low power state
100Mhz and 800mV
High performance state
267Mhz and 950mV

Charging current: No changes. I left it as it comes.

I've also installed kitchen pro 2. Up to now the only thing I've changed is the dialer theme.

Now I will see how it behaves (battery related). I like NEAK but must say that not being able to use CWM bothers me a little bit...

Shall I remove Neak Updater?

Any suggestion about voltages, kitchen pro, Siyah or any other configuration will be very welcome as always.

Is the download for Kitchen supposed to be a APK? I downloaded the new kitchen and it keeps downloading a ZIP file but can't figure out how to install it? The documentation suggests it is a APK file but I can't find this. Am I having a brain lapse or something?

Edit: Never mind, didn't realize you have to rename the zip...
 
Yes very strange, when I hovered over the link it said APK but the actuall download named it .ZIP. Very strange indead!!
 
That actually rings a bell. My phone went through a stage were everything I downloaded got named .zip and I had to manually rename everything. No idea what caused it as it sorted itself out after a few days.

I would be surprised if any of the themes available for download from the kitchen are JKay 13.5 compatible.
