as for the system apps, I had not planned on themeing them... I'll see what I can do.
If someone else would like to do that, won't bother me one bit
I'll drop them in the zip and give credit in the OP.

is the carrier label still not showing?
did the GPS icons get fixed?
is there still a gap between the wifi and mobile data icons?

Would that be Phone.apk for both ? I don't see a dialer.apk or contacts.apk in the system/app folder.

edit: Found em. It's Phone.apk & LG-Contacts.apk

Have you tried them yet? Id like to use those 2 apks but I dont get home for another 2 hrs.

I couldnt wait till I got home so I did a 4g download of the rom, unzipped, pulled the apks, dropped them in system>app and rebooted. It works great and I also dropped in the themed LG Home and it works too.

Still switching between round and oval for me. I am on gingersteem (not extreme) so maybe that is why I seem to be the only one seeing it. I dunno. No biggie. Its easy for me to fix.

I may tweak it a bit, seems fuzzy to me... and the size is a bit off

kane, i just got home so i haven't had time to check both our threads yet lol but to get straight to the point... since you helped me out a lot and we seem to have crappy timing/schedules lol im going to compile a little project with your work and my work all mixed together and call it LDK-ICK lol send you a test(or screen shots since you dont have an esteem lol) before we make anything official and we should also decide if it's going to be a theme or a rom?

i personally love the lg home because the ui of widget picker and app drawer... but changes can be made maybe add the launcher as a yes/no option on install...? tell me what you think before i start doing stuff lol

I guess it would be easy to do a separate zip to install a themed launcher???

yeah, we can just add a yes/no option in the script for people to select which launcher they want , and most likely it'll just be a theme if i can get everything to work properly...
