Root Do I need any UPDATES?

I just wanted to know if anyone could tell me if I need to update anything on my phone. I'm Running MikG 3.0 / Antrhrax v9. On my phone settings I have Android Version 2.3.3 / Sense version 2.1 / software # 4.54.651.1 / PRI 2.15_003 and PRL 60683. Not too sure what some of those are, but wanted to make sure I was up to date to keep my phone running as smooth as possible. Any input appreciated.

I'd say the only thing applicable in your case is your radios, but flashing new radios wont neccessarily mean better reception. If you think you have a problem with your reception then that is another matter, but it seems like you can sit back and wait for new Rome to roll out .....

Go to menu / settings / about phone and post back with your baseband number. That is your radio, and most likely you're running the latest version. If not you "could' update those, but its not necessary. Also that comes as a combo that also updates your pri, nv and WiMAX.

Flashing radios can be a little hairy, so I only recommend it if its absolutely necessary.

Everything else is good as far as I can tell.

Thanks for the quick replies. Baseband is 2.15.00.05.02. Not having any problems. So I won't risk doing any damage. I was just curious since I see ROMS out there for Sense 3.0 and 3.5. Whats the difference between those and Sense 2.1?

If you want my opinion, stay on MikG. The Sense 3.5 roms don't have 4G and I think all the 3.0 stuff has the issue with the icons and text being the wrong size for the Evo screen. Or at least this was true when the 3.0 ports were based off the Evo 3d. If found it to be pretty annoying. Add in the tweaks that MikG has built in, and you won't find a more complete ROM.

Solid advice all around. I updated my radios and noticed better reception at my house. Many on xda also claimed better 3g speeds
