Well everyone seems to like the Trident ageis cases and theres the 3000 mah 25 dollar lg revolution battery from vzw that gives the phone a nice humpback and a mugen power 1800 mah that fits in the normal cover, I like to go bare on my esteem though

Only thing is, I'm not sure of a case to use with it.

But, you can get a battery that is a little bigger than stock which is what I will end up doing. So I can use it with a case.

I seen a 1800mAh battery but I can't find it but this is just as good.

Someone else made a custom case on here with the humpback battery on here which looked good too I just don't like cutting and all that.

I use the 3000 mAh extended battery with the smooth case. No humpback. But then you need a case for a "thicker" phone. I'm still using my regular Esteem holster, but it's very tight fit.

I think you should enjoy and use it for couple days then buy case or extended battery IF you think you really need it because this phone is not a small phone, with an additional case, it will make the phone seems "gigantic". The original battery comes with it is good for me at least 12 hours, though I bought the OEM extended with its door in case i need it later. I use black Trident Aegis because I have often dropped my phones a lot in the past. Welcome to the nicest android forum on the earth

The case ain't a problem. I'm really big (6'3 and 240 punds) and as such I have giant gorrilla hands. Besides I prefer bigger phone. It reminds me that my phone is safely in my pocket.

Have you dropped/abused your phone a lot in the past? If NOT, you don't need the case because it is "gorilla"...remember! About the battery, if you are hardcore user, indeed u need the extended one for sure. Therefore, play and enjoy it for a week or two so you know how necessary about the battery.
