lol i called.. but my phone died just as the lady was gonna tell me something about the update.. so i went ahead and dialed that in.. and just like chad said.. it dissappeared..so ill wait a few days before calling them back and harassing them lol

I'm on hold with TMO on my phone, but I just dialed that on my wife's and it disappered when I hit the last * as well.

ditto - weird. she was just saying it was going out in waves when my phone cut off. At least people are getting the update, so it should come to me soon!

Edit never mind even tho I never hit send it showed up in my call log like it did

they fixed my imei in the system... probably because i never gave it to them because i won the phone in the big giveaway.

Has anyone gotten the "dial code" to work? Meaning has anyone gotten the update after sending that code?
