Help Losing internet (3g and 4g) altogether

Same issue on the Telus Network so its has to be something with 4.
Not only does my Galaxy Nexus loose the 3g connection it constantly reboots.
This needs to be looked at. I love the phone but hate these functional issues.

But I believe it is a hardware issue and that the only solution is to replace the device.
