Root FB27 installed but I now have lost my root

So I made the jump to FB27. Install went smooth, all my stuff is there. The only problem now is all of my apps that need root access are coming up telling me that they need root access to run. I rooted the phone, where did it go???
How did u flash FB27 ???...Is it Deodexed or Stock...???
Not sure what Deodexed is, I'm new to all of this. I rooted it yesterday and today got up the courage to install this: FB27-Stock-2.tar
Went well, all my setting and apps were there and still worked but the apps I have that need to run on a rooted phone keep coming up and telling me that they're made to run on a rooted phone and that they would close.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is it a full ROM or just the modem? Where did you get it from? I would recommend you ask about it wherever you found it because there may be a specific recommended method for obtaining root without messing things up.

its a stock tar, no root is provided. calk made the nice cwm zips that kept root i just post the tars
