Does the Galaxy Nexus with extra capacity battery fit in most cases?

I will mostly likely be getting the Galaxy Nexus from Verizon Wireless when I can upgrade later this month. I'll be getting the Samsung 2100 mAh extended battery which I know will increase the thickness slightly. I'm curious to know if most cases will fit for the phone with the extended battery. I'm looking specifically at the Seidio Active Case for the Galaxy Nexus LTE with holster. I don't know if anyone else has this case with an extended battery but I'd like to know what you think about it and if it fits. I haven't been able to find any reviews or information about this. Thanks for any feedback!
 
Hi maelstrom209 and welcome to Android Forums! I did find one review stating that the active case does in fact fit with the extended battery. I don't have that one so I can't verify that info. I can tell you that if you like the TPU/Diztronics cases those fit with the extended battery.
 
I'm most likely going to get the Seidio Active case and return it if it doesn't fit. I'll report back on my findings so at least there'll be more info out there about this product when people search for it. I got really frustrated when I didn't find that much info. LOL

I have found that most do. The extended battery is barely thicker. You can even fit the standard batt door over the extended Battery. I have tried about 6 different cases with my extended and they all fit. It might be tight or there might be a barely noticable gap on the sides but they do fit for the most part (which i love because that is never the case). another reason i LOVE this phone compared to any other i have had.
