I agree with him. If it was just a test model I doubt the rocker and USB port would be red. That is probably as near as you are going to get to a final model. I would say 99% sure though.
Reginald VelJohnson, I think it looks thinner than the G1, but these pics do leave that up for debate. I imagine it will be very close to the N1 in size.
I also don't think the multitouch problem will hold this phone up. This is a hardware problem. Maybe they can fix the drivers, but it isn't an android problem and it isn't new. This has been known since the G1 came out and was hacked with multi touch. Developers in my company who work with devices (thankfully I don't) have complained about HTC. They fill the phone with some great parts and then cheap out on other parts which ruins the experience a bit.
The more I think about it, the more I agree with you. That kinda chaps my buns. Maybe there will be a replacement back plate.

I have not read the entire thread sorry I don't have time, but I will confirm it is the same 3.7 in amoled screen from Samsung. The battery cover was red, sorry forgot to get pics with it on. I will try and answer anything else I can. As far as release... you never REALLY know but I had heard the 23rd of this month, although I heard some rumors yesterday that it could be May. My buddy with the phone did not know. If you have other questions let me know
.
. You can turn off Blur thankfully, so maybe it would be worth waiting one more month at that point for me. HTC would have screwed themselves out of my money then for taking too long with the software.
