Hi guys

I have been using a HTC desire for the last 18 months and love it. Unfortunately I dropped it in the bath a couple of weeks ago and I have 6 months left on my contract. I am thinking of buying a used HTC sensation to last out the 6 months, then getting a Giff Gaff sim only contract to make it go for another year after that.

I haven't looked into to much detail of the sensation yet but if the Desire is anything to go by, it must be an awesome handset. Is it to late to get one do you think with more powerful handsets due out? or is there still plenty of life left in it?

Cheers guys

It did everything I wanted when I got mine last year and I haven't wanted to do anything more since! So I think it is still very good, but probably not "cutting edge". And there will always be a new "better" phone due out "soon".

Second hand ones seem to be going for about

HTC just presented a new phone with quad-core CPU

I went from a Desire to the Sensation and i'm sure you'll love it.

I also went from O2 to giffgaff and don't regret it at all, best move i ever made.

Order your free sim here and get

If you have an unlocked handset it can use any network sim. If you get an unlocked O2 handset it would have the O2 branded ROM but be able to use any sim. There won't be alot of bloatware but if you want my opinion just root the phone and run what ever ROM you want.
