Root (ROM) CM7.2 Admire port Boraichee

Someone testing this rom please try to *228 and see if it fixes data connection issues and mms. My data randomly will disappear and just not work but updating roam list generally fixes this issue.

Just solved the wifi problem here, maybe it'll work for you guys. Just followed the following procedure (taken from nadlabak's own changelog of version 7.1.4). I also deleted all SU permissions, rebooted and accepted everything SU asked me. Here it goes:
"If you encounter wifi issues after update:
reboot to recovery, open console and enter
rm -R /data/misc/wifi
exit
and reboot. You will have to re-configure your wifi networks after this.
Also make sure you have the correct Wifi Regulatory domain selected:
Settings>Wireless & network>Wi-Fi settings>menu>Advanced>Regulatory domain.
Select the appropriate value (11-US, 13-EU, 14-JP), then menu>Save."
Voila, worked for me.

I found this fix for wifi on the huewi ascend cm7 port maybe this can at least get us wifi
 
Or maybe check the samsung galaxy minis cm7.2 port as reference for this one...or i dunno,why dont you ask other devs that worked on these ports before to see if they can help you? :D Maybee if youre lucky enough you'll get help from them!
I wish i could help you but i dunno the first thing of developing things XD
 
Metroff zip does not work. There is no network because of a problem with cm7 seeing the radio interface (driver problems). There is still much to do with the kernel. I will be putting an hour or 2 a day into this intill its complete. Id put more time into this project but my gf would cut my balls off (lol) and id get fired. This stuff takes alot of time. Trust me seeing cm7 boot on this phone is like a dream to me. if everyone else loves there phone like I do im sure your reaction will be like mine was a day ago when I first booted this. But intill every thing work having cm7 is pointless.

Well just because you dont know how to be a dev does not mean you cant help :) I sent a copy of this to some one else who is going to help. But I really think a phone with hardware thats lile the admire might speed things up. Tomorrow I will spend a day looking into your idea. It might set me back a day but it might speed up the whole project by a week. I will keep everyone updated and tomorrow I will post more pics/video
O yeah and dont worry I will not bail on all of you like the last guy. I WANT cm7 for my phone

...gay! Jkjk lolz. But umm. I recently checked tthe Samsung Transform boards and they've got A couple Cm7.2 betas and even a Super beta to cm9 and the hardware isn't that much different to ours...we'll except it having a full QWERTY keyboard. But spec wise (800mhz, 480x320, etc etc..)
