Help i need help i don't know what wrong?

When I got my LG esteem it was working really good and fast .but after a few months its been really slow on the 4g speed, surfing the web and dismissing apps or games, and I tried looking at the speed in speedtest but sometimes it looks like it slowed down. how can I get my phone running fast again?
 
As far as speeding up your 4G service speed theres nothing you can really do. All of that is on Metros side of things, Whats your Speedtest up and down now and what was it before?
 
Yeah it did but it didn't before as much as now and when I download an app it didn't download as fast as before.. I did the speed test right now and I got ping 91 download 3023kbps and upload 4202kbps but not all the time as before now I get ping120 or 107 download 2430kbps or sometimes 1023kbps why did my downloading or streaming slowed down
 
Yeah that's good but I don't get that all the time but my before ill download apps or anything all fast and now it lagsquestion is
