Mystery would we need a kernel with Ext4 Support, or would that have to be built into CWM, other phones that I had didn't need a kernel, just in CWM format settings.

Already built the kernel with ext4 (2 and 3 as well) support, rebuilding boot.img and going to test the kernel soon. Will keep you advised.
Tight freaking work!!
Ran into a snag with the boot.img repacking. Meh. Stock boot.img is 11MB. Somehow mine comes out to 5MB. Something's not right, and now I need to redo the repo sync for Android.
Bahhh. I hate waiting.
