Root HELP!!!!!!!!!! My phone goes in a infinite loop at restart. Is it Bricked for good?

So, my phone is rooted has been for about a month. I decided to change the battery picture and it did that double vibrate like a app was being force closed or not work, so then the phone just cuts off by itself. I took the sd card out and did a hard reset and wiped the memory, then put the sd card back in and tried to do a reinstall of the packages and it failed saying the file was not in that place. Is my phone gone? or do I have a chance at trying to fix it. The phone comes on says samsung and at&t and then just keeps vibrating.

I found this video which was very helpful and the GTGs_Ultimate_Unbrick file and it worked three mins and I had my phone back.

It's a 2012 version unlike some of the other post on here.

If you can go into recovery and clear cache, clear data, go to advanced, clear dalvik cache. Then install a rom, preferably stock, through Odin to your device. Or flash a rom in recovery.

Is there a way to recover pictures and video or other unsaved data that was not put on the SD card if the phone won't boot?
